All designs are copyright of Pink Calypso and may not be reproduced or copied in any way.
There is no minimum order quantity.
Payment can be made by either Paypal, personal cheque or cash on collection by prior arrangement. Please make cheques payable to "Pink Calypso".
Please aim to order your items as early as possible before your wedding date. However, we will always try to accommodate you if you are working to a tight deadline - we love a challenge! A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order, the final balance is payable prior to despatch of your final order.
The customer is responsible for approving the final proofs. Any changes must be made in writing - either by post or email. We cannot accept changes made over the telephone. Changes made once the proofs have been accepted may incur additional charges.
All deliveries must be signed for. As all orders vary in size and weight we will advise the delivery costs to you before despatch and these will be added to your final invoice. By prior arrangement local customers are welcome to collect their orders in person from us to save on postage costs.
In the unlikely event that there are any discrepancies with your order or your items are damaged in transit you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
As all Pink Calypso items are handmade, very slight variations may occur between each item. All orders are subject to stock availability but we will always endeavour to substitute a product for one of equal value and quality and will notify the customer before production starts.
As all stationery is handmade to order any cancelled items on which production has started will be charged for.
